Hello SAPC Members,
Here's a wonderful opportunity to play with a group of friends or family at Lois E. Hole Elementary School on most Friday evenings.
You can reserve up to 3 courts and a maximum of 16 people for 3 hours from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
*** Important*** Only one member needs to register.
Cost: 10 Stickers
The person who books the session (Captain) must fill in the names of those attending on a sign-in sheet and is responsible for placing the 10 stickers on it.
The Captain must send a picture of the sign-in sheet with the names and stickers to: venuemanager@pickleballstalbert.ca
Non-Members need to sign a waiver which is placed and kept in the binder.
These sessions will automatically open up for registration 1 month before the event date.
Registrants may cancel their reservation at least 48 hours in advance by emailing: venuemanager@pickleballstalbert.ca.
Key points:
- Do not arrive at the school until 6:30pm.
- The gym is to the left of the main doors when you enter the school.
- The gym storage area is on the right side of the gym.
- The equipment will be in a bag in the storage area; 3 net bags and a duffle bag which holds the binder, balls, pencil case and first aid kit.
- Please ensure everything goes back into the duffle bag and put back into the storage area where you found it.
