The December 9, 2025 membership meeting gave the go-ahead for SAPC to work towards operational control  of  12 Alpine courts by 2028. SAPC is seeking a phased approach, with the 2026 outdoor season having  more evening and weekend play for SAPC programs. 

This is contingent on the City of St. Albert making small groups of additional courts available in various neighbourhoods.
