You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the members of the St. Albert Pickleball Club (the "Club"). This meeting is being held to:
- receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Club.
- elect Directors and Officers of the Club.
- transact such other business as presented in the posted agenda.
A Notice of Meeting, which contains the agenda for the meeting, will be emailed to members. A copy will also be posted on the Meetings webpage under the Club Mgmt menu on our website. Other essential meeting materials will also be posted there.
Members in good standing are able to attend and vote.
This AGM will be held online using Zoom.
Registrations for this event will close at 6:00 pm on March 16 to enable attendance planning and reporting.
The confidential link to connect to the AGM video conference meeting will be sent to you in a reminder email two days before the meeting.
