*** Important*** Only one team member needs to register. As well, please ensure to cancel your registration if you are unable to attend the session.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBERS MUST BE AT THE COURTS and signed in TEN MINUTES BEFORE PLAY STARTS. Latecomers will not be accommodated.

How to cancel your partner play registration
· Log into the SAPC website.
· Click on the event in the calendar. It will take you to the event description page.
· On the left side the event description it will have the words in red "Already Registered". Click on this link.
· On the next screen click on "Cancel Registration". You will get a pop up that will ask you, "Are you sure you want to cancel your registration?" Click on "Cancel Registration."
You will receive an email confirming your cancelled registration.

Registration opens Thursday night right after midnight for all of the following week sessions. NOTE: there is no limitation to how many sessions you can register for. But if you cannot attend after registering, you must cancel your own registration or from waitlist ASAP using the "How do I cancel a reservation?" process specified at this Reserved Play link.
One play spot is reserved in advance for the captain. You will require 2 stickers to play.

There will be an availability of 13 teams to register and 1 team is reserved for the captains. There will be a waiting list if the session is full.
Do you want to improve your pickleball game with deep serve returns, third shot drops or resets? Well now's your chance with our newly purchased ball machine. We are offering six (1 hour) drill sessions every Monday on Court #4. Sessions are from 1:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 9:00pm. The sessions will start on June 22 and will continue for the remainder of the outdoor season. Every week, members will need to register on the calendar website and registration will open every Friday. (Thursday evenings at 12:01am).
Each session is open to all members. For one person ($15./hr - incl. tax) or you and a partner ($7.50 each - incl. tax).

Mentoring and instruction for the ball machine will be available on site if needed.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows create a lot of work for the organizers. They also result in other members missing an opportunity to play.

SAPC is excited to celebrate our amazing Summer volunteers at a special Volunteer Appreciation Event on Saturday, Sept. 19th at Alpine Courts from 9:00 am to Noon. Come join us for a morning of connection, appreciation and fun followed by a light lunch at noon!

Here's a wonderful opportunity to play with a group of friends or family at Lois E. Hole Elementary School on most Friday evenings.
There are 3 courts available and a maximum of 16 people for 3 hours from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
*** Important*** Only one member needs to register.
Cost: 10 Stickers
The person who books the session (Captain) must fill in the names of those attending on a sign-in sheet and is responsible for placing the 10 stickers on it.
The Captain must send a picture of the sign-in sheet with the names and stickers to: venuemanager@pickleballstalbert.ca
Non-Members need to sign a waiver which is placed and kept in the binder.
These sessions will automatically open up for registration 1 month before the event date.
Registrants may cancel their reservation at least 48 hours in advance by emailing: venuemanager@pickleballstalbert.ca.
Key points:
- Do not arrive at the school until 6:30pm.
- The gym is to the left of the main doors when you enter the school.
- The gym storage area is on the right side of the gym.
- The equipment will be in a bag in the storage area; 3 net bags and a duffle bag which holds the binder, balls, pencil case and first aid kit.
- Please ensure everything goes back into the duffle bag and put back into the storage area where you found it.
